Natural tricksters, waeccans have an impressive talent for mercilessly taunting enemies and provoking them into a blind rage. When provoked, a waeccan's target will lash out at the waeccan with a series of consecutive physical attacks, while dangerously lowering its defense.

To taunt a target into a rage, use: provoke <target>

While on the surface of this it might appear to be dangerous, keep in mind your own defense is not lowered, only your target's is. The defense skill is used to lower opponents' ability to hit you, thus, this ability makes it easier to hit your opponent.
