in their inventory, or contained within their herbalist pouch. The <br />

quality and potency of the remedy depends on the skill level of the<br />

cleric and the type of ingredients used.<br />

A balm requires a binding compound like honey, wax, or some other<br />
<br />
viscous solution as a base. A tincture requires an alcohol as a base.<br />
<br />
In a pinch, a basic balm can be made in the absence of any other useful<br />
<br />
