The bard's charms aren't restricted to those who can hear them. Bladesong directs your charms into a bladed weapon, letting it fight your enemies on its own. To use bladesong, you must have a bladed weapon in your inventory or in your bag of tricks.

Great skill, always start off with it, as it will entice many monsters to hit it instead of you. You can use any bladed weapon for bladesong, even
ones that special. If a blade doesn't special, bladesong will give it specials. Specials that drain or regenerate the wielder will also apply to the
bard. The better the thief assess the better the hitpoints a bladesonged weapon has.
