By forcing his or her will into the mind of another and implanting <span style="line-height: 1.5;">a few choice thoughts, a psion can make a person believe that he or she is suffering from any number of horrible ailments. These phantom ailments are to the afflicted, perfectly real. The severity and type of ailment that a psion is able to afflict is largely determined by his or her metapsionics skill. The chance of being detected by the victim, as well as the duration of the affliction depends heavily upon the willpower and constitution of the target. Proper treatment will cure these ailments in the same way it cures traditional illness.</span>

Level 15: Madness
Level 17: Blindness
Level 18: Confusion
Level 19: Terror
